Verdantas is seeking a talented and passionate Registered Landscape Architect to join our team. This position will work on diverse projects ranging from land planning, urban design and redevelopment, mixed-use and all types of residential development, streetscapes, design guidelines, public infrastructure design, parks, and other community facility designs.

Responsibilities:
• Design landscape plans for commercial, residential, industrial, and utility projects
• Prepare land development drawings
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as architects and engineers, to ensure the successful completion of projects
• Coordinate the preparation of site plans, grading plans, utility plans, stormwater management reports, erosion and sediment control plans, construction details, and applications
• Review landscape plans and coordinate planning services
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications
• Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans
• Regular communication with the clients to meet design intentions
• Conduct field inspections
• Oversee and mentor a design team

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field
• Registered Landscape Architect in DE, MD, PA, or NJ
• 4+ years’ experience in Landscape Architecture
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; certifications preferred
• Proven Project management experience; certifications preferred
• Land Use Planning and recreation planning is a plus
