Position Overview

The Regional Vice President will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of the organization's regional activities. This role focuses on driving business development, managing sales teams, and optimizing operations to achieve growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence in the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Lead and manage the regional sales team, providing coaching and development to drive performance and sales success.
• Monitor sales performance and operational efficiency, adapting strategies as necessary to meet changing market conditions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster business growth and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives and operational capabilities.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.

Qualifications
• Experience in sales management and business development within the disaster restoration industry or environmental services industry.
