As Regional Sales Manager, you will:
• Lead and execute sales strategies to expand this challenger brands footprint across Australia.
• Develop and nurture relationships across a diverse channel to market – Builders, wholesalers, installers etc – Commercial & Residential
• Drive revenue growth across a wide range of technology focused on smart home solutions.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop tailored sales approaches.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and service teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Represent this innovative brand and promote its commitment to sustainability and IoT connectivity.
• Coacging, developing and build a high performing sales team across the region
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven success in sales management within consumer electronics, appliances, heating & cooling, solar, battery storage, or building materials markets
• Strong understanding of managing a business with a complex and diverse channels to market
• Ambition and career focus is a must - this opportunity offers a clear and execiting career pathway beyound this role
• Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and sustainable solutions.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Full Australian work rights and willingness to travel regionally.
• You will also be highly regarded if you have a degree in a related subject (Business or Marketing) or an experienced sales manager with an electrical trade background
