As a Regional Sales Director at Freedom Energy Logistics, you will be part of a high-energy team that drives sales growth and customer satisfaction in the large commercial and industrial sector. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies to acquire, manage, and retain key accounts, fostering strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Performance Management: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including new business acquisition, retention, and other established goals.
• Client Communication: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to client inquiries, and maintain regular communication with sales managers.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, operations, and executive teams to develop and effectuate company objectives and strategic initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Energy Sales Expertise: 7-10 years of experience in energy sales, with a proven track record of success and overachievement of quota.
• Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Technical Competence: Proficient with Microsoft Office, comfortable using Excel, and experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.
