Freedom Energy Logistics LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Director to drive growth in the large commercial and industrial sector, managing key accounts and collaborating with teams. This full-time role offers base pay plus commission, with remote options for applicants outside NH & MA. The Regional Sales Director drives growth in the large commercial and industrial sector, managing key accounts and collaborating with teams to develop company objectives.
This is a full-time position offering base pay plus residual commission, with remote-only options available for applicants outside of NH & MA.

Senior Regional Sales Director, Director of Energy Sales, VP of Energy Sales, and other senior management opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and retain a portfolio of satisfied clients in the C/I market.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals through new business acquisition and retention.
• Represent Freedom Energy Logistics at media platforms, community events, and maintain a professional appearance.
• Recommend solutions to customers based on their goals, risk tolerance, and sustainability requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with sales managers and update sales databases with pertinent information.
• Follow procedures for pricing requests, client enrollment, and internal documentation.
• Deliver exceptional client service and advocate for customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to company objectives and strategic initiatives as part of cross-functional teams.
Qualifications and Skills
• 7-10 years of Energy Sales Experience
• Computer proficiency, Microsoft Office experience, and Excel skills
• Previous track record of success, including over achievement of quota
• Demonstrated ability to manage pipelines and execute sales strategies
• Focused attention to detail, honesty, and integrity
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and strong work ethic
Requirements
• Bachelor's or associate degree preferred
• Energy and/or Renewable Certifications an added plus
• Direct experience in Energy Sales and Account Management, with Salesforce or comparable CRM
