FINANCIAL PACKAGE

Weekly Pay: Full-time drivers on this fleet can earn $1,000 - $1,700 per week.
Annual Pay: Full-time drivers on this fleet can make $52,000 - $88,400 per year.
Compensation includes various additional payments such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay where applicable. Including mileage pay and all other compensations, full-time drivers can earn based on experience, routes, regular attendance, and tenure.
Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.51 - $0.79 per mile, based on experience.
Transitioning to a new job can be challenging. Our transition package supports you with a $1,800 Transition Package, including $1,000 for orientation during your first two weeks so you can focus on driving while we handle the rest.

HOW TO GET HIRED!
HIRING QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must possess a valid Class A CDL
• Must be 21 years or older
• Require at least 4+ months of driving experience
• Maintain a clean driving record
• No more than 6 jobs in the past 3 years
• A year of truck driving experience is preferred, but not mandatory
• Background Check, Clean Drug Test, and Clean Clearinghouse Result are mandatory
• Must be able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice. This requirement will be tested during orientation, and drivers tarp about 70% of loads.
