Regenerative Energy Intern - Nashville

Silicon Ranch Corporation is seeking a Regenerative Energy Intern in Nashville, TN. Your Role:

Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting the planning and execution of Regenerative Energy projects.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams for site assessments and environmental permitting.
• Managing budgets and schedules for preconstruction activities.
• Assisting with document and data collection for future projects.
• Cataloging ancillary lands and proposing efficient utilization methods.
• Supporting the development and implementation of RE-Asset Development to RE-Asset Management.
• Developing and monitoring vegetation management plans.
• Coordinating service delivery schedules and tracking project costs.
• Reporting to the Director, Regenerative Energy.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Ecology, Biology, Soil Science, Ecosystem Sciences, Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with adaptability to change
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Effective decision-making abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to challenges
• Excellent customer service skills, with an emphasis on listening and responsiveness
• Proficient in project management processes and tools
• Working knowledge of project scheduling concepts and tools, including Microsoft Project; experience with ProCore is a plus
• Proficient in office productivity software such as the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of mapping software such as Google Earth, PastureMap, or similar tools
• Familiarity with multi-species rotational grazing systems, specifically AMP grazing or Holistic Planned Grazing
• Solar Industry experience is a plus
