Description

The Referral Coordinator is responsible for All Energy Solar’s Ambassador Referral Program. This includes administrative duties, running referral programs, and growing All Energy Solar’s Ambassador Program. This new position will provide a great base of experience for someone looking to start a career in the solar industry. The Referral Coordinator reports to the Referral & Affiliate Programs Manager. This is a full-time non-exempt/hourly hybrid position.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions
• Oversee the Ambassador Referral Program, including but not limited to monitoring initiatives, monitoring campaigns, approving applicable referral bonuses for completed projects.
• Measure success for referral and review programs through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
• Track Five-Star reviews and respond to customer reviews in a timely manner.
• Escalate poor reviews to corresponding team(s) to address issues, respond to reviews in a timely manner, and flag and request removal of inappropriate or irrelevant reviews.
• Assist Accounting team with entry level bookkeeping and W9 processing.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure process and procedure compliance.
• Perform general administrative tasks to support Sales, Finances, HR, and Executive teams.
• Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports.

Other Duties
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Skills/Qualifications
• 1+ years of proven experience in sales, referral marketing, affiliate marketing, membership management, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience considered.
• Tech-savvy with successful experience in CRM software and proficient in Google Suites/Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Calendar, Forms, Docs, Gmail) or related software.
• Strong communication and customer service skills via phone, email, and review platforms
• Stive to provide Five-Star (5) experience to all customers and ambassadors.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality of company, financial, and employee data/information.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrate project management skills.

Physical Requirements
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer (frequent).
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times (infrequent).
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute (frequent).
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.

Compensation & Benefits
• This is a full-time non-exempt/hourly (over time eligible) position with an expected base pay rate of $22.00 - $24.00 hourly (Depending on Qualifications & Experience).
• The position is eligible for additional on target earnings up to 15% of gross annual earnings (incentives) and based on performance.
• Hybrid: This position is eligible to work a combination of in-office work at AES headquarters (St. Paul, MN) requirement and remote/work-from-home eligibility (*Note: this is subject to change by management based on company and business needs, may or may not be eligible until 90+ days of employment/training period completion, will be determined and agreed on by management and employee, and contingent upon employees being in good standing).
