Join Downer at our state-of-the-art Detritus Processing Facility in Rosehill, NSW! This facility processes and recycles 25,000+ tonnes of waste annually, converting 85% into reusable materials like organic matter, sand, gravel, metals, and plastics.

We’re looking for an experienced Labourer / Front End Loader Operator to be part of our growing team!

What You’ll Bring

✔ White Card (General Construction Induction Card) – Essential

✔ Experience Operating Front End Loader - Essential

✔ Background in recycling or production (desirable)

✔ Strong team player with a positive work ethic

✔ Ability to work independently when required

✔ Commitment to Zero Harm & workplace safety
