• Greet visitors and answer phone calls, directing them to the right person.
• Keep the reception area clean and welcoming.
• Enter and update data in company systems accurately.
• Assist with general office tasks like filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring everything is organized.
• Help with clerical tasks such as typing reports and preparing documents.
• Provide support to other team members as needed.
