ACR World is seeking a full-time Reception/Office Manager in Sydney, NSW. The role involves managing front office tasks, answering calls, and supporting a close-knit design team in a leading engineering consultancy. Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience and strong multitasking abilities. An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist/ Office Manager to join the team on a full time basis, based out of their office in Sydney's CBD. This global yet family orientated company have flexible working arrangements in place so this could be a great opportunity for someone who loves taking control of front of house and see themselves in this role long term managing a quirky office! Step up and run the day to day management of the office! Work alongside the close knit design team, Director and super switched on team who are some of Australia's most respected figures in this diverse and busy industry! ABOUT THE ROLE Answering all incoming phone calls and welcoming guests in a professional manner Managing internal calendars for the use of office facilities Managing all incoming and outgoing mail, including couriers Making bookings and reservations for staff Maintaining the Reception and Meeting areas, ensuring these spaces are kept to a presentable standard Ad hoc administrative support Assisting with general resource management tasks and marketing tasks EVENTS, EVENTS & EVENTS! ABOUT YOU 2-3 years experience within a receptionist/ office management position is essential Confident in building rapport with clients and customers Confidence in answering high volume of calls Good understanding of Microsoft suites including Outlook, Excel and Word Ability to multitask and prioritise work tasks Switched on and have the ability to think if your feet! Sense of humour!
