We are seeking a skilled Real-Time Data Expert to join our team at Strategic Staffing Solutions. As an EMS SCADA Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our clients' Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and Energy Management System (EMS) applications.

Your primary responsibility will be to gather and analyze client business requirements to identify and solve technical issues related to SCADA and EMS applications. You will also work closely with the transmission team, primarily supporting ICCP, RTU, and XA/21 systems.

About the Role:
• Collaborate with a team to troubleshoot operations issues and resolve problems, including issue logs and resolution
• Solve technical problems related to real-time technology and operations, requiring in-depth technical skills
• Act as a liaison and Subject Matter Expert (SME) between business partners, IT teams, and application expert support personnel

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also assist in configuring, implementing, and supporting several interfaces for EMS applications to existing enterprise applications such as Enterprise Services Bus (ESB), Application Programmer Interfaces (APIs), OSI Soft PI interface, etc.
Requirements:
• Previous experience working with ICCP, RTU, and Reliance Application (XA-21)
• Experience working with Electric SCADA Systems & Real-Time Data Broadcasting
• Understanding of networking protocols, automation, and control systems
