Real Estate Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage our real estate development project in Balaghat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate project execution, site management, and coordination with various stakeholders. This is a key leadership role requiring hands-on experience and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage all phases of real estate development projects from start to completion.

Oversee site operations, construction activities, and workforce management.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.

Ensure timely procurement of materials and ensure quality control at all stages.

Monitor project timelines, costs, and resources and provide regular updates to management.

Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or cost overruns.

Maintain documentation, approvals, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Manage budgeting, scheduling, and reporting for the project.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience in managing real estate or infrastructure projects.

Proven track record of independently handling residential or commercial construction projects.

Strong knowledge of project management tools and construction methodologies.

Familiarity with local regulatory approvals and construction norms.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to be based in or relocate to Balaghat.
