Real Estate Financial Analyst - Portfolio Finance (Asset Management))

High-growth Alternative Asset Management Company is looking for an Analyst to add to the team! Candidates will have prior experience in one of the following: Financial Analysis within the Real Estate or Asset Management sector, Public Accounting with FS / RE clients, or direct experience in Portfolio Analytics.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing analyses on portfolio for investors, management, and other stakeholders
• Lead special projects as assigned and complete high-quality deliverables
• Develop financial models to forecast the future performance of the portfolio companies and new potential targets
• Respond to investors to resolve questions and run models to show budget implications
• Review and analyze historical and projected operational data
• Support new additions to the portfolio with due diligence
• Prepare and present updates and reports to the leadership team, as requested
• Participate in weekly calls as they apply to each deal
• Ad hoc projects as they arise

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience
• Advanced Excel, Data Visualization, and strong technical experience
• Corporate Real Estate Portfolio Analysis experience is a plus
• Interest in long-term growth & promotion within the organization
• BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CFA is a plus
