Job Description

The Real Estate and Sustainability Expert at Enterprise Community Partners will support the Green Accelerator by managing legal aspects related to the National Clean Investment Fund grant. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating loan documents, ensuring compliance, and providing regulatory counsel. Experience in real estate transactions and green lending is required. This is a full-time position based in Columbia, MD.
About the Role

This role will be primarily focused on supporting Enterprise Green Accelerator, Inc. (Green Accelerator), a newly formed entity that will administer Enterprise's National Clean Investment Fund grant from Power Forward Communities, Inc. as a subaward of federal funds granted to PFC from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.

You'll work closely with the Green Accelerator team to ensure that all legal aspects are addressed, from contract negotiations to compliance requirements. You'll have the opportunity to develop and maintain template loan documents, draft and negotiate loan documents, and provide counsel on regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have experience in drafting and negotiating loan documents, representing lenders in real estate transactions, and working with exempt organizations, affordable housing, and/or green lending.
