Leidos is looking for multiple RCx Energy Advisors/Engineers to market and support an RCx energy-efficiency program for industrial and commercial facilities. This is a unique opportunity for enthusiastic individuals with excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills to join a creative team and support diverse RCx projects. You should possess strong expertise in retro-commissioning HVAC, lighting, and process systems, and be proactive in building environments with customers, vendors, and professional organizations to stay current with operational trends and energy efficiency technologies in electric and natural gas demand-side management.
Your Responsibilities:
• Identify and leverage RCx efficiency opportunities, calculate energy savings, maintain strong customer relationships, and deliver impactful presentations.
• Conduct thorough site surveys and facilities assessments.
• Collaborate on-site with facility managers, engineers, contractors, and energy specialists to promote energy efficiency practices.
• Perform HVAC system assessments and identify energy-saving opportunities.
• Conduct energy analyses using trending data, bin weather data, and regression analysis.
• Review Building Automation Systems and conduct opportunity assessments.
• Evaluate energy-consuming systems and provide consultation within the utility energy efficiency program.
• Prepare detailed reports and deliver engaging presentations.
• This role requires a valid driver's license and the physical capability to perform field verification of energy efficiency installations.
What You Bring:
• Junior Level: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field with two years of relevant experience in energy efficiency/management; or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• Mid-Level: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field with four or more years of relevant experience in energy efficiency/management; or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• Senior Level: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field with eight or more years of relevant experience in energy efficiency/management; or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• Demonstrated productivity and accuracy in performing work tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience conducting ASHRAE level I, II, and III energy audits for commercial and industrial facilities.
• Familiarity with various types of Building Automation Systems.

Pay Range: $57,850.00 - $104,575.00
The Leidos pay range for this role is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Additional factors considered in extending offers include job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and alignment with market data.
