Regulatory Affairs Officer - Arnhem Region (The Netherlands) Hybrid Work | 3 Days Onsite Per Week

We're looking for a dedicated Regulatory Affairs Officer to join our dynamic team based in the Arnhem region. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure regulatory compliance and maintain global product registrations, helping improve the vision-and lives-of patients around the world.
Your Role As Regulatory Affairs Officer, you'll collaborate closely with colleagues across Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Clinical, R&D, and Engineering. You'll be responsible for preparing and maintaining registration files, supporting audits and submissions, and monitoring evolving legislation to ensure compliance with international standards. You'll also have the opportunity to proactively identify and implement improvements within regulatory processes.
What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who combines regulatory expertise with a sharp analytical mindset and attention to detail. You bring:
A minimum of 3 years' experience with medical device registrations
HBO working/thinking level
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
The ability to manage multiple projects and communicate clearly across departments
