Lead and develop a high-performing Quality Control team by providing clear direction, training, and mentorsh

• es.Foster a culture of open communication and teamwork by actively soliciting input from employees and engaging with cross-functional tea

Qualificat
• ionsBachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Polymer Science, Material Science, or a relevant field preferred but not requi
