PV Engineer

The PV Engineer position at an unspecified company in Dubai is a full-time technical role requiring a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field. PV Engineer



This is a full time, technical position. The candidate must be flexible, able to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, and able to work independently and as part of a group. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills are required.

Basic Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering or related field is desired. Candidates should have strong knowledge in renewable in renewable energy technologies.

Experience in energy conversion devices, optimize the electrical equipment and hybrid systems (e.g. PV solar, batteries, power supplies, load bank, diesel generators, etc.) is desired.

Desired skills:

-Hands-on experience in the design, setup, operation, and troubleshooting of PV systems with basic electrical interfaces and related data acquisition is desired

-Organize the preparation of deliverables and documents including calculations, drawings and specifications

-The candidate must be familiar with the operation and usage of basic test equipment including digital multimeter, oscilloscope and must be able to perform electrical maintenance tasks such as wiring

-Knowledge of PV system or similar PV system modeling tool is preferred.
