Work location: West

Work hours: 5 days work week only (Mon – Fri), office hours

Responsibilities:

Primary Clinical Care

Conduct psychological screenings, clinical interviews, and comprehensive assessments for individuals experiencing mental health and chronic health-related concerns. Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions through individual and group therapy sessions. Formulate and implement treatment plans to support patients’ psychological well-being, behavioural change, and overall health management. Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation. Collaborative Care

Partner with healthcare professionals across various disciplines to provide holistic and coordinated patient care. Participate in case discussions and care planning to support integrated service delivery. Foster effective collaboration among stakeholders to enhance patient care outcomes. Programme Development & Service Enhancement

Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of mental health and behavioural health initiatives. Contribute to quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing service effectiveness and patient outcomes. Monitor programme performance and utilise clinical data to inform service improvements. Education & Professional Support

Develop and facilitate educational programmes and training sessions for healthcare professionals. Provide consultation on psychological and behavioural health matters to multidisciplinary teams. Participate actively in professional development, clinical supervision, and continuing education activities. Administrative Duties

Assist with service planning, clinical administration, and departmental projects. Ensure adherence to professional standards, organisational policies, and regulatory requirements. Key Requirements:

Master's Degree in Applied Psychology (Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology). Min. 1-2 years experience providing counselling or psychological intervention for patients with chronic medical and/or psychiatric conditions in an outpatient setting. Registration with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP) will be an advantage.
