Project Manager​/Wind Turbine

KOS International Limited is hiring a Project Manager (Wind Turbine) in Maharashtra, India. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and over 7 years of project management experience, with proficiency in Chinese. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills and is a full-time on-site role.

Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee the delivery and fulfillment of all projects within the region, as well as the execution of Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA), ensuring that projects are carried out smoothly and achieve the specified goals.
• Coordinate with project-related teams to facilitate smooth communication and efficient collaboration.
• Allocate human and material resources within the region reasonably based on project requirements, ensuring the efficient utilization of resources.
• Monitor potential risks in projects, develop proactive strategies to mitigate risks, and reduce the probability of their occurrence.
• Track project execution through regular project progress reports and meetings to ensure that projects stay on schedule.
• Make key decisions based on project performance to ensure smooth project progress.
• Strictly control project execution quality to meet customer requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to project team members to enhance their work capabilities and efficiency.
• Regularly report project performance to superiors or the company, and provide timely feedback on project progress and issues.
• Conduct project summaries and evaluations to extract lessons learned and provide recommendations for future projects to improve execution efficiency.

Job Qualifications:
• We need someone of Chinese descent or ethnicity, and Chinese must be a working language.
• Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in project management, engineering management, business management, or related fields.
• Over 7 years of project management experience, with in-depth understanding of project management processes, methods, and tools.
• Excellent team management and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate team members to achieve goals.
• Familiarity with the entire project management process, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
