What You'll Do
• Design & Develop – Create engineering plans, technical exhibits, and calculations for major infrastructure projects.
• Lead the Process – Oversee construction plans, topographic surveys, and hydraulic designs, ensuring precision and efficiency.
• Solve Complex Challenges – Analyze project data, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions that keep projects on track.
• Collaborate & Communicate – Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and leadership to drive project success.
• Be on the Ground – Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards.
What You Bring to the Table
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license (Required).
• 4-15 years of hands-on engineering experience in civil, geotechnical, or wastewater projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & engineering design software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
