The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing assigned projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is executed in accordance with the company's standards for safety, quality, and financial performance. This role is a Direct Hire Role.

Responsibilities
• Recruit, hire, train, manage, supervise, promote, discipline, and discharge project-related staff as necessary.
• Experience in the Low Voltage, CCTV, access control field.
• Monitor workload distribution and oversee customer delivery and job installation progress.
• Plan, manage, monitor, and maintain project profitability to achieve company goals.
• Review job cost postings for accuracy and completeness, including invoice preparation and customer collections.
• Manage quality and safety issues on customer work.
• Participate in and facilitate the bid process.
• Act as the company liaison for customer representatives.
• Create, develop, and implement account process improvements.
• Conduct regular team meetings and ensure effective communication with sales, clients, and installation teams.

Requirements
• High School diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor's Degree .
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or managerial experience in telecom construction field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in telecommunications or a related technical or construction field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to define a project, create a project scope of work, and manage tasks to completion.
• Experience in commercial audiovisual installation project management from pre-planning to closeout.
