My client is a global water technology company specialising in advanced electrochemical and disinfection solutions for municipal and industrial water treatment with multiple projects on-going in Singapore.


Job DescriptionDeliver projects on time, within budget, within scope, and to required quality standards.Plan, track, and close projects using clear milestones and KPIs.Identify technical, commercial, and schedule risks early and put mitigation plans in place.Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, quality, logistics, and commissioning teams.Manage commissioning and handover, resolving issues quickly to avoid delays.Manage changes and identify variation opportunities with strong commercial judgement.Act as the main point of contact for clients on all project matters.Handle escalations related to design compliance, delivery delays, and commissioning issues.Prepare and manage formal client communications, including letters on delays, L/C terms, and scope clarifications.Balance maintaining good client relationships while protecting De Nora's contractual position.Manage client expectations during design reviews, changes, and delivery phasesPrepare and justify variation orders, including technical explanations and cost breakdowns.Challenge internal assumptions where sales commitments do not align with contract terms.Ensure all contractual, financial, and project documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.Support cash flow management and payment collection.Capture lessons learned from project execution, commissioning, and client escalations.Share insights with management on recurring risks, client issues, and contract trends.Provide guidance and support to junior project managers to improve overall delivery standards.The Successful ApplicantA Successful Project Manager Should HaveRelevant qualifications in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.Proven ability to manage complex projects within the water treatment/ oil & gas projectsStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.Knowledge of industry standards and regulations in engineering and manufacturing.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.What's on OfferComprehensive benefitsEnd to End PM exposure on iconic water technology projectsContact: Hazel Choi (Lic No: R24122391 /EA no: 18S9099)Quote job ref: JN-022026-6937909
