Pay: ~ +/- $31--$38/hour (Negotiable, Depending on Experience)

About the Company:

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Oversight: Lead and manage multiple planning and development projects, ensuring thorough analysis and efficient execution.
• Team Coordination: Oversee workloads for drafting teams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects meet local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental, zoning, and safety standards.
• Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets to ensure financial efficiency.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to minimize impacts.
• Stakeholder Updates: Prepare and present regular updates and reports to clients, senior management, and regulatory bodies.
• Quality Control: Implement measures to ensure all deliverables meet or exceed industry standards.
• Business Development: Assist in preparing proposals and presentations to secure new business.
• Public Representation: Represent the company at public hearings and planning commission meetings as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or Construction Management
• 5+ years of project management experience in civil engineering or urban planning
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS software

Preferred:
• Professional Engineer (PE) License
• American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) Certification

Schedule:
• Monday to Thursday: 8-hour days (Core hours: ~ 9 AM--4 PM)
• Friday: ~ 9 AM--1 PM
• Occasional overtime may be required (up to 45 hours/week)
