Project Manager - Solar

NES Global Talent is seeking a Project Manager for Solar projects in the Philippines. The role involves managing safety, budgets, technical specifications, and contractor development while ensuring compliance with permits. Candidates should have an engineering degree, at least 5 years of experience in rooftop solar projects, and strong analytical skills. Proficiency in English and software like Microsoft Excel and solar-specific tools is required.
Activities

Manage safety aspect with Zero accident targetCommercial: manage project on time and on budgetTechnical: manage project technical spec per Total requirementsEngage with the engineering center and ensure the design is in lines with the actual site conditionsDevelop and qualify new contractors to execute projects in quality, safety and timely manner.Develop innovative ways to manage the project cost and qualityInteract with teams at Hub/ HQ to demonstrate progress on projects with all the Project monitoring tools.Ensure we receive all the project related permits from the concerned authorities for construction and commissioning

Minimum QualificationsHolds engineering degree (mechanical or electrical),Minimum 5 years of experience in rooftop solar projects in development or execution.Strong analytical skillsHigh proficiency in English, and local language.Excellent command of Microsoft ExcelKnowledge of engineering and solar specific software (Helioscope, Meteonorm, PVSyst)
