About the position
The Project Manager (Solar) at IEA Constructors is responsible for leading and managing solar project initiatives from acquisition through to execution and close-out. This role emphasizes safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction, requiring strong leadership, communication, planning, and scope management skills. The Project Manager will oversee project resources, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company practices and procedures while traveling extensively across the United States to various project sites.
Responsibilities
• Lead the project team through all phases of the project from acquisition to close-out.

• Ensure compliance with environmental safety standards and company culture.

• Document and communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders.

• Provide day-to-day direction and oversight of project resources including staff and subcontractors.

Requirements
