About the position

The Project Manager (Solar) is responsible for leading and managing solar project initiatives from acquisition through to execution and close-out. This role ensures that project objectives are met while adhering to safety, quality, profitability, and client satisfaction standards. The Project Manager will oversee project teams, manage resources, and communicate progress to stakeholders, playing a crucial role in the successful delivery of renewable energy projects across the United States.

Responsibilities
• Lead the project team through all phases of the project from acquisition to close-out.

• Ensure compliance with environmental safety standards and company culture.

• Document and communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders.

• Provide day-to-day direction and oversight of project resources, including staff and subcontractors.

• Manage project budget, cost, forecast, and schedule effectively.

• Conduct risk management planning and control risks throughout the project.

• Oversee procurement processes and manage contract documents and changes.

• Identify and engage stakeholders impacted by the project.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of five years of experience in the Solar or EPC construction industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Primavera, Timberline, and construction software.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

• Strong communication skills to present information effectively to various audiences.

• Ability to calculate figures and solve practical problems using algebra and geometry.
