Project Manager (Renewable Energy)

Hays is seeking a Renewable Energy Project Manager for a Native American Nation in Riverside, CA. The role involves overseeing the delivery of a 5 MW Co-Generation Plant to enhance energy distribution on a 39,000-acre estate. The Project Manager will develop strategic energy policies that align with economic and environmental goals. This is a full-time position, not remote.
I am working with a Native American Nation in Southern California to help them with their search for an Renewable Energy Project Manager.

The tribe provides services like those offered by federal, state and local agencies. They are one of the largest employers in Riverside County and contribute c $3 billion to the local economy annually.

Under the direction of the Construction Services Director, the main purpose of the role is to help the tribe deliver a Co-Generation Plant (5 megawatts) which will act to support energy distribution and generation across its 39,000-acre estate. The Energy Manager will play a critical role by ensuring that all energy systems are used optimally – this will include formulating strategic energy policies and practices that align with both economic and environmental goals.
