Start Your Snowy Journey
Are you ready to be part of a world-class project that’s reshaping Australia’s energy future? Snowy 2.0, the largest renewable energy initiative in the country, is an ambitious expansion of the iconic Snowy Scheme. Focused on providing on-demand power and vast storage capacity, this project is paving the way for a sustainable, low-carbon future.

This role will manage all post-excavation activities within the Power Station Complex (caverns and tunnels), including overseeing excavation completion, formwork-reinforcement-concrete (FRP) works, and coordinating with Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) installations. It involves managing interface activities across the PSC, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, fully functional complex while maintaining strict adherence to Project safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate excavation, civil, and E&M work.
• Oversee concreating and FRP activities, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Ensure civil work is ready for E&M and HM installations.
• Promote teamwork across project teams and contractors.
• Enforce safety standards and manage risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and project requirements.
• Provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure work meets specifications, address non-conformances, and maintain records.
• Act as the main contact for stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
• Track budgets and expenses for PSC construction works.
• Optimise resource use, including workforce, materials, and equipment.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and schedule improvements through construction sequencing.
What You'll Bring
A tertiary degree in Engineering or Construction/Project Management, with over 10 years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects, including underground hydro power station construction. You’ll have proven expertise in FRP/concreting works, E&M and HM installation coordination, and interfacing with electrical and mechanical systems. Strong leadership, communication, and adaptability are key, as well as a deep understanding of Quality, OH&S, EEO, and Environmental policies. Additionally, you’ll bring experience in resource planning, project cost management, and relevant licenses and training.
The Team

Join us in shaping the future of renewable energy and apply now. Together, we’ll deliver one of the most significant infrastructure projects in Australia’s history.
