Job Description
NES Fircroft is seeking a Project Manager for Energy Infrastructure in Southern California, focusing on utility-scale projects like wildfire mitigation and grid resiliency. The position offers a contract duration of 24–36 months with full benefits and a pay range of $90.00/hr - $100.00/hr. Hybrid options are available.

About the Role:
We are supporting large-scale utility programs across California, including wildfire mitigation, T&D upgrades, grid resiliency, and clean energy integration. We seek experienced Project Managers to lead these impactful projects.
Responsibilities:
• Manage utility-scale infrastructure projects from planning through delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet project milestones within budget and schedule.
• Oversee earned value tracking, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control.
• Improve project control systems and reporting tools.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and technical teams.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years in project management within energy, utilities, infrastructure, or capital projects.
• Experience across disciplines such as engineering, procurement, construction, and finance.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and reporting tools.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead contractor teams.
• Experience with electric transmission & distribution projects is a plus.
