A premiere interiors builder in DFW is seeking a Project Manager with a specific high-end interiors background to support continued growth across their industrial and Class A finish out pipeline. This is a pivotal hire within a values‑driven contractor known for long‑standing client relationships, repeat business and a collaborative delivery model.

Description
As the Project Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Operations and play a critical role in both project delivery and future growth.



Deliver industrial and commercial interior fit‑out projects from pre‑construction through close‑out
Manage programs, budgets, subcontractors and client expectations across multiple live projects
Act as the primary client-facing representative, ensuring a high‑quality, relationship‑led service
Support bid submissions and pre‑construction efforts, particularly within industrial interior opportunities
Leverage relationships with architects, engineers and design partners to help win new work
Work collaboratively with a close‑knit team of Project Managers and site teams
Proactively identify and resolve risks to program, cost or quality

Profile
For the Project Manager, we are seeking:



7+ years of industry experience within commercial construction or interiors
Proven industrial OR Class A interiors project experience (essential)
Experience delivering interiors projects valued at $1M+
Strong relationships within the architect, engineer and design community
Entrepreneurial mindset with the confidence to support work‑winning efforts
Degree‑qualified candidates preferred, though not essential
Background with respected regional commercial or interiors contractors advantageous

Job Offer

Base salary: $120,000 - $155,000
Approximately 15% annual bonus
$1,000 per month vehicle allowance
