About the position

The Project Manager for Green Stormwater Infrastructure at Ferguson Enterprises will oversee various projects related to Geosynthetic, Stormwater, and Urban Green Infrastructure in the Southeast. This remote role requires effective project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors. The position involves coordinating project specifications, monitoring progress, and providing support to program/project managers.

Responsibilities
• Lead all aspects of a project, from start to finish, ensuring completion on time and within budget.

• Recommend products and services that align with clients' business needs.

• Execute projects according to the organization's project management methodology and established project plans.

• Establish and maintain effective sales relationships with major accounts/customers.

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and satisfactory service standards.

• Supervise project progress and performance, resolving operational problems to minimize delays.

• Work directly with partners and clients to clarify project scope, specifications, and requirements.

• Conduct project meetings and prepare regular status reports for the project team and stakeholders.

• Prioritize and assign tasks to meet project targets.

• Provide high-level assistance to program/project managers to ensure projects are executed according to plan.

Requirements
• 3+ years of sales, project management, or project coordinator experience required.

• Prior experience with Stormwater construction-related projects or products strongly preferred.

• Experience using CRM Salesforce preferred.

• Experience reading blueprints, building plans, or drawings highly preferred.

• Proven attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based data systems.

• Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and multitask effectively.

• Self-starter with creative problem-solving skills and self-sufficiency.
