Woodard & Curran is seeking a Project Manager for their Bozeman, MT or Lakewood, CO offices to provide corrective action services in environmental projects. The role involves managing project scope, budget, and client relations while leading teams of engineers and scientists. Candidates should have a B.S. in Engineering or Environmental Science and 10-20 years of experience. Flexible work arrangements are available, and the salary ranges from $80,000 to $125,000.

What You Will Be Doing at Woodard & Curran :
Woodard & Curran offers a unique opportunity to join our Bozeman, MT or Lakewood, CO teams in providing high-quality corrective action services to commercial, municipal, and industrial clients throughout the Rocky Mountains. We seek a motivated Project Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to be part of a well-respected team of well-known area professionals in an office that is one of the firm’s premier locations. The selected candidate will be able to work directly with a diverse and tremendously talented pool of staff-level engineers and scientists. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual!
In this role, you will use established relationships with clients and regulatory agencies to procure and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and delivery. You will lead investigation and remediation efforts associated with site cleanup, design projects, and other corrective-action-based projects. In addition, you will be responsible for client management, interaction with regulators, coordinating the work of engineers and scientists, coaching and mentoring junior staff, and developing and monitoring project performance.

What You Will Need To Succeed:
• B.S. (M.S. desirable) in Engineering or Environmental Science.
• 10 to 20+ years of professional experience with an engineering consulting firm.
• Professional license (PE, PG, LSP) in Montana, Colorado, and in other states is desirable.
• Solid technical expertise in site development, implementation of field investigations, analysis, documentation, and reporting of various environmental projects; the development of remedial action plans and remedial designs; and construction and implementation of remedial alternatives.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
$80,000 - $125,000 a year
This position’s anticipated pay range is provided; final exempt salary or non-exempt hourly pay will be dependent on experience level as well as considering a % based geographic differential based on where the final candidate will be working. Geographic differentials are used to recognize and reflect cost of labor differences between geographic markets.

• Vacation time is provided to full and part-time regular employees. Vacation is accrued, based on number of hours worked per week as well as prior years of experience.
