Job Description
KOS International Limited is seeking a Project Manager (Energy Storage) in Thane, Maharashtra, India. The role involves overseeing project delivery, coordinating teams, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring quality execution. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, over 7 years of project management experience, and strong leadership skills. Proficiency in Chinese is required, and the position is full-time.
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee the delivery and fulfillment of all projects within the region, as well as the execution of Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA), ensuring that projects are carried out according to plan and achieve the set objectives.
• Coordinate with various teams related to the project, facilitating smooth communication and efficient collaboration to drive project progress.
• Allocate human and material resources within the region reasonably based on project requirements, ensuring the efficient utilization of resources.
• Monitor potential risks in regional projects, develop proactive strategies to mitigate risks, and reduce the likelihood of their occurrence.
• Track project execution through regular project progress reports and meetings to ensure that projects stay on schedule.
• Make key decisions based on project performance to ensure smooth project progress.
• Strictly control project execution quality to meet customer requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to project team members to enhance their work capabilities and efficiency.
• Regularly report project performance to superiors or the company, and provide timely feedback on project progress and issues.
• Conduct project summaries and evaluations to extract lessons learned and provide recommendations for future projects to improve execution efficiency.
Job Qualifications:
• We need someone of Chinese descent or ethnicity, and Chinese must be a working language.
• Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in project management, engineering management, business management, or related fields.
• Over 7 years of project management experience, with in-depth understanding and practical experience in project management processes, methods, and tools.
• Exceptional team management and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate team members to achieve goals.
• Familiarity with the entire project management process, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
