Ardmore Roderick is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage complex improvement projects, including overhead and underground transmission lines and gas-insulated substations, from initiation to completion.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead all phases of energy and utility EPC projects, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule compliance.
• Manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Oversee design packages, including calculations, drawings, and specifications for power systems.
• Coordinate procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring needs are met and fostering strong relationships.
• Enforce safety compliance, adhering to OSHA, client, and industry standards.
• Identify risks, manage scope changes, and adjust contracts, budgets, and schedules as needed.
• Track KPIs, prepare progress reports, and lead stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Assist with RFP responses and business development efforts.
• Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in planning, design, and construction of energy systems, with at least 2 years in project management or team oversight.
• Licensure or certification as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Project Management Professional (PMP) (preferred).
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and GIS tools.
• Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills.
