Integrated Staffing is seeking a Project Manager (Remote) with experience in multifamily energy programs to support a renewable energy client’s initiatives. This 1-year contract role involves overseeing program improvements, managing project lifecycles, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure project success. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree and 3-6 years of project management experience, particularly in energy efficiency. Pay ranges from $36.53 to $61.05/hr.
Integrated Staffing is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Remote) with a strong background in multifamily building energy programs to join our renewable energy client team. This role supports our Renewable Energy Client’s Single Family Residential Empower+ program, focusing on energy efficiency and sustainability projects across the single-family sectors The team is looking to fill this 1-year contract role asap.

The Project Manager (Remote) will oversee program improvement, manage project lifecycles, and engage with stakeholders to ensure projects meet our Renewable Energy standards and achieve key outcomes. The pay rate ranges from $36.53 - $61.05/hr, depending on experience.

Project Manager (Remote) Key Responsibilities:
• Support continuous enhancement of multifamily energy programs and initiatives.
• Lead projects from initiation through completion, managing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Resolve project issues in collaboration with applicants, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Perform case management for multifamily projects, including processing applications, conducting scoping sessions, and reviewing project submittals.
• Maintain and update program databases, including the CRIS project management system.
• Compile and deliver quarterly program reports.
• Participate in program evaluations, revisions, and development activities.

Project Manager (Remote) Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, policy, public administration, business administration, architecture, real estate, urban planning, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-6 years in project management, preferably in energy efficiency or renewable energy programs within the multifamily sector.
• Project Management Skills: Proven ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with multifamily building systems, including HVAC, lighting, and building envelopes, as well as energy conservation measures.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
• Technical Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of CRIS, QACSS, Oracle Peoplesoft, and Salesforce (preferred).

Project Manager (Remote) Additional Requirements:
• Knowledge of Renewable Energy Client’s Performance Program and Low Carbon Pathways (LCP) is highly beneficial.
• Must be comfortable coordinating with multifamily solution providers, building owners, regulatory agencies, and certification bodies.
