Confidential Company is seeking a Project Manager in Dubai with extensive experience in high-rise building construction. The role involves managing large-scale projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality and compliance with regulations. Candidates must have 10-20 years of experience in the construction industry, with strong leadership and project management skills. Only applicants with UAE/Gulf experience will be considered. This position is not remote.
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager with a strong background in managing high-rise buildings and residential towers. The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of experience in overseeing large-scale construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Villa or low-rise experience is not preferred for this role.Note: Villa or low-rise building construction experience is not required for this role.Only UAE/Gulf Experienced candidates shall submit their CVs.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of high-rise building or residential tower construction projects.Oversee the entire project lifecycle from design development, procurement, and construction to final handover.Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets and ensure adherence to them throughout the construction process.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety standards, and building codes.Manage and monitor construction activities to ensure quality control, and resolve any issues related to work execution.Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and the project team to provide updates on project progress, issues, and milestones.Identify potential risks to the project and develop risk mitigation plans.Monitor and approve the work of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring that all work is performed to the agreed standards.Manage the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for the project.Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with contract specifications.Maintain project documentation including contracts, permits, change orders, and schedules.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety protocols and construction standards.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Minimum of 10- 20 years of hands-on experience in project management within the construction industry, with a strong emphasis on high-rise buildings and residential towers.Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects, particularly in the high-rise sector.Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore, etc.).Experience with project procurement, contract negotiation, and vendor management.Knowledge of risk management and ability to proactively solve project challenges.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with large, multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex, multi-phased projects.Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools and technology.Why Join Us:Competitive salary and benefits.Opportunity to work on landmark high-rise and residential tower projects.A dynamic and supportive work environment focused on career growth.Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter.Job Type: Full-time
