We’re a rapidly growing company in the fiber installation and horizontal drilling industry, opening a new branch in Colorado Springs. We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fiber installation, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience, and proven leadership abilities.

Start Date: Monday, March 10th, 2025

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee fiber installation projects, ensuring high-quality and timely completion
• Manage and lead teams effectively
• Communicate clearly with team members, clients, inspectors and blue stakes technitians.
• Utilize computer skills (Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail) for reporting and documentation
• Assist in hiring and training team members as needed

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of fiber installation experience
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• CDL Class A (a plus)
• Certified OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (if not certified, we’ll help with certification)
• Strong computer skills for documentation and reporting
• Excellent communication and hiring skills
