Position Overview

The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves liaising with clients, managing resources, and leading project teams to achieve project objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage construction projects from planning through execution to completion.
• Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment on project specifications and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, conduct regular site inspections, and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project risk and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project.
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation to clients and management.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing construction projects, preferably in Land, Site Civil, and Heavy Civil sectors.
• Strong knowledge of site construction processes and civil engineering practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
