Project Manager: Civil & Environmental

DuBois & King, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for their Public Works Division in Rutland, VT. The role requires 5+ years of civil or environmental engineering experience and involves leading project teams, managing municipal and industrial water/wastewater projects, mentoring junior engineers, and overseeing project operations. DuBois & King is currently hiring a Project Manager to join the Public Works Division. Our firm is looking to add a civil or environmental engineer with 5+ years of experience who wants a team leadership role with growth potential. You will be mentored by the director of the division and you will serve as a mentor to junior engineers.

Responsibilities

Provide operational and project management support to the Regional DirectorProvide management and technical development of a variety of civil projects with a strong emphasis on municipal and industrial water and wastewaterDevelop business and build client relationshipsLead project teams in preparing conceptual, preliminary and final design and managing projects through constructionOversee work, quality control, client coordination and all daily operational aspects of projects assigned to youPrepare regulatory permit applications for a wide range of projects.Prepare proposals, scopes of work, and project schedules that adhere to deadlines and budgets.Mentor and train junior engineers on various project assignmentsShare accountability with the other team members within the divisionQualifications

5 - 15 years of experience in Civil or Environmental EngineeringBS/MS in Civil or Environmental EngineeringPreferred Civil or Environmental P.E. licensePrevious leadership and project management experienceExperience with environmental permitting is a plusAutoCAD Civil 3DCompensation Range:

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000, plus employees may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
