About the position

The Project Manager Assistant supports the Project Management staff in servicing clients to meet the laboratory mission at Eurofins Scientific. This full-time position involves assisting with various project management tasks, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and maintaining client relations. The role is crucial for the smooth operation of environmental testing services, contributing to the company's commitment to health, safety, and sustainability.

Responsibilities
• Assists on-site and off-site Project Management staff
,
• Creates bottle orders
,
• Schedules courier or Service Center pick ups or drop offs as needed
,
• Creates and issues final report by client due date
,
• Issues final data package
,
• Completes state reporting forms and submissions
,
• Completes data uploads
,
• Compiles case narrative
,
• Invoicing and payment processing
,
• Reviews final invoice before issuing to client
,
• Generates credit/debit memos as needed and submits for approvals
,
• Answers phone and redirects calls to Project Managers
,
• Assists with sample receiving
,
• Reviews log-in
,
• Assists with unpacking coolers during high receipt periods
,
• Uploads sample receipt paperwork to LIMS and files hard-copies
,
• Assists with sample control when client requests changes to jobs such as relocating or relabeling samples
,
• Confirms that any client needed information is recorded in LIMS for invoicing

Requirements
• Associate degree (four years client-relationship/client service experience may substitute for degree)
,
• High school Chemistry coursework, basic laboratory experience
,
• Environmental laboratory experience
,
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship
,
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Nice-to-haves
• Customer service/client relations experience preferred
