AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Manager - Air Quality for a full-time role based in Edmonton, Calgary, or Vancouver. The position involves supporting environmental assessments, developing air quality monitoring programs, and preparing reports. Candidates should have a degree in chemical engineering, PMP or CAPM certification, and at least 10 years of relevant experience. The salary ranges from $90,000 to $126,000 annually, with competitive benefits.

This role will be based on-site in Edmonton, Calgary (AB), or Vancouver (BC).

Role Overview: Under the supervision of the Air Quality Team Leader, the Project Manager will:
• Support environmental impact assessments, permitting studies, and client requests, including identification and assessment of air quality impacts, atmospheric dispersion modeling, emissions inventories, GHG emissions and mitigation, dust management plans, and odor assessments.
• Develop and implement ambient air quality monitoring programs.
• Conduct indoor air quality sampling and provide recommendations. Prepare reports.
• Prepare service proposals.

Candidate Requirements:
• University degree in chemical engineering or a relevant field; PMP or CAPM certification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in air quality, including atmospheric contaminant and GHG emissions calculations, AERMOD modeling, and decarbonization planning.
• Assets include experience with Calpuff modeling, climate resilience studies, and bilingualism (French/English).
• Strong project management, report writing, and proposal development skills.
• Valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and a valid passport.

Assignment Details:
• Full-time position based in Edmonton, Calgary, or Vancouver. Occasional travel within Canada and abroad may be required.
