Job Description

gpac is seeking a Drywall Project Manager in Enos, IL, for a leading contractor in commercial drywall projects. Responsibilities include managing projects from pre-construction to completion, coordinating teams, conducting site visits, and ensuring compliance with safety and building standards. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in drywall project management, strong organizational skills, and preferably a degree in Construction Management or related fields.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
• Manage drywall projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects goals are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Resolve issues and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety, regulations, and company standards.
• Mentor and support team members to promote a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications for Drywall Project Manager:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial drywall installation and project management.
• Strong knowledge of drywall materials, techniques, and industry standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
