Key Responsibilities:

This position entails managing financial modeling efforts for project financing and corporate transactions. Additionally, the successful candidate will coordinate due diligence efforts with financing partners, manage handoff processes among finance, operations, and asset management, and optimize transaction efficiency.

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field and at least five years of experience in project financing, preferably within the renewable energy sector. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and knowledge of tax equity financing structures are essential. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a growing team and contribute to the company's mission is crucial.
