Eton Clarke is seeking a Vice President for Project Finance Advisory in London, focusing on junior and mezzanine debt transactions in Infrastructure and Renewable Energy. The role involves transaction management, credit analysis, and collaboration across teams. Eton Clarke has been mandated by a global investment bank to identify and secure a Vice President for its Project Finance Advisory team in London. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing team focused on junior and mezzanine debt transactions across the Infrastructure and Renewable Energy sectors.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will act as a deal executive, reporting directly into the Executive Director. You will be responsible for end-to-end transaction management, including origination, structuring, credit analysis, and execution of complex financing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and support all aspects of new transactions, from initial marketing through to close.
• Support origination and marketing efforts alongside senior colleagues.
• Lead credit paper preparation and coordinate with internal committees and stakeholders.
• Manage due diligence processes, including financial modelling, legal review, and technical evaluations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Leasing & Finance teams, relationship managers, and syndication groups.
• Take an active role in analysing, negotiating, and structuring junior and mezzanine debt transactions.
• Engage in strategic initiatives across project finance, structured asset finance, and corporate debt solutions.

The ideal candidate will be native or fluent in Spanish and/or Italian, have prior experience in junior debt investment, leasing, or project finance within a bank or advisory environment. As well as a strong command of financial modelling and Excel (experience in preparing credit and investment theses is essential). This position requires someone whom has demonstrated an ability to manage complex transactions with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
