Location: Washington or Oregon

NV5 is seeking a Project Environmental Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our growing Site Assessment & Remediation team. Responsibilities

Technical Expertise
• Prepare technical reports and develop cost estimates.
• Conduct site assessment, remediation, hydrogeology, and environmental risk management services.
• Perform Vapor Intrusion Mitigation System evaluations.
• Lead field investigations, including:
• Soil and groundwater sampling
• Groundwater flow and hydrogeological data analysis
• Contaminant fate and transport evaluation
• Well installation and aquifer testing.
• Groundwater and soil remediation evaluations
• Environmental due diligence and regulatory compliance
• Permit acquisition support.

Project Management & Client Services
• Identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Lead field projects and manage subcontractor field crews.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in the field of environmental engineering, site assessment, or remediation.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in environmental engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Washington and/or Oregon environmental regulations is highly desirable.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one is strongly desired.

The pay range for this position in Washington or Oregon is $120,000 to $150,000 per year. Base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
