Job Description

Enerture Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a Project Engineer for their solar projects in New Delhi. The role involves overseeing project execution from conceptual studies to commissioning, managing resources, timelines, and risks, and coordinating with stakeholders. The engineer will ensure quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness while supervising project teams and monitoring site progress. Enerture focuses on solar system development and has a strong track record in the industry.

We have been eminent players in the field of solar system development and solar system O&M services.

We are developing 50+MW Solar Rooftop in (FY 2022-23), Opex Model and Open Access and targeting 1GW in next three years. Our Team is Blend of industry Veterans and Stalwarts.

· Job Profile:

The Project Engineer ( Solar ) is responsible for project execution with ability to take complete charge of the project from start to finish through conceptual study, feasibility study, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, and plant handover

· Responsibilities

1. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with external stakeholders i.e. EPC contractors, sub-contractors, technology licensors, equipment's suppliers and various other service providers.

2. Estimate the resources needed to achieve project goals.

3. Develop project plan considering project dependencies and critical path and schedule project timelines/ milestones using appropriate tools viz. MS Project & monitor.

4. Deliver progress reports and proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks and devise contingency plans.

5. Responsible for cost, quality, schedule, and project safety.

6. Coordinate for implementing best practices/ tools for effective project execution and management.

7. Coordinate with relevant departments for smooth execution of project.

8. Attend meetings with customer, consultants, and external suppliers.

9. Project site monitoring, time to time visit to site to have a look on the proceedings.

10. Providing input and resolution for the running projects and appraise head of projects, business head and leadership team on project health and Escalate issues in timely manner if they are not getting resolved within acceptable timeline.

11. Motivate and supervise project team members, internal as well as external and influence them to achieve project timelines

12. Closely work with Contract team and analysis of contract in terms of risks, opportunities, claim potential and possible supplementary orders

13. Identifying and analyzing risks, defining, and implementing effective countermeasures, minimizing risks, and thereby reducing costs

14. Regular monitoring of risks and opportunities and appraise to head of Projects.

15. Selecting and actively involved in EPC contractors, Engineering consultants, Suppliers etc.

16. Promptly identifying not conformity and implementing effective countermeasures

17. Successful project delivery through conceptual study, feasibility study, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Plant handover to operation team

18. Continuous implementation and where appropriate, adaptation of efficient sequences and processes based on specified methodology

19. Possess working knowledge of key equipment required for the construction of commercial and industrial scale solar photovoltaic systems.

20. Develop, coordinate, and manage multiple project Engineers and plans across multiple locations.

21. Track project costs throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates.

22. Coordinate with internal resources to execute the project plan and ensure communication is clear.

23. Communicate with utilities and authorities having jurisdiction regarding interconnection, permitting, and other regulatory compliance issues.

24. Manage and maintain project documentation, including drawings, submittals, permits, test reports, and quality inspections.

25. Perform all other duties assigned, as necessary.

26. Develop and implement Construction Standards to implement across the entire company

· Job Location:

Delhi

· Skills:

a. Experience as a Project Manager in EPC Projects (in Solar Industry) as the basic requirement for the subject-position.

b. Exposure to contract management, risk management and project controls aspects.

c. Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project

d. Solid understanding of the project management process.

e. Ability to problem-solve both personnel issues and project issues.

f. Good record-keeping and organizational skills.

g. Good Negotiation skills

h. Interdepartmental coordination, Quality and Compliance Management

· Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech

· Experience: Min 4 - 8yrs

· Remuneration: As per Industry ( Solar )
