Project Engineer – Renewable Energy Industry

RPO Recruitment is seeking a qualified Project Engineer for a renewable energy company in Johannesburg, South Africa. The role requires a BSc/BEng in Electrical Engineering, over 3 years of solar PV experience, and excellent organizational and communication skills. The position involves managing complex solar PV projects within budgets and deadlines. The salary range is R420K – R540K CTC per annum.
Project EngineerRPO Recruitment’s client, a well-established and successful company in the renewable energy sector in South Africa, is currently in search of a qualified Project Engineer who can join them in Johannesburg as soon as possible and eagerly contribute to their complex and dynamic solar PV projects.
Requirements:
BSc/BEng degree in Electrical EngineeringOver 3 years’ Solar PV experience working in the commercial industryExcellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization softwareExcellent organizational, time management, leadership and decision making skillsStrong written and verbal communicationKnowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards and best practicesThe ability to work within budgets and to deadlinesHave excellent problem-solving skills with good inductive reasoning skillsSalary: R420K – R540K CTC per annum
