About the Position


IMCO is seeking a motivated Project Engineer / Field Engineer to join our project management team in the Greater Boise region. This role works alongside Project Managers, Superintendents, and Project Coordinators to help deliver large-scale heavy civil construction projects safely, efficiently, and successfully.


Whether you're beginning your career as a Field Engineer or bringing experience as a Project Engineer, this position provides an excellent opportunity to develop your skills while working on a major treatment plant project with additional work already planned throughout the region.

What You'll Do


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



Support IMCO's commitment to safety and environmental stewardship throughout all phases of the project.
Build strong working relationships with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, and design partners.
Assist with project planning, scheduling, and preconstruction activities.
Help monitor project costs, schedules, and project controls.
Prepare, track, and manage RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
Maintain organized project records and reports.
Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist the project team in identifying and resolving field and project challenges.




Qualifications


Field Engineer



Minimum of one construction-related .

Project Engineer



Minimum of two years of construction industry experience.

Both Positions



Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or another related technical field.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to build collaborative relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
Experience withor willingness to learnBluebeam, HCSS, and other construction management software.
Construction field experience is .

Compensation & Benefits



Salary: $75,000$90,000 annually, depending on experience.
Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.
401(k) with a 100% company match up to 4% of eligible wages after 60 days.
